The most influential one is the print material. If the printing material is soft, the gap between particles is large, and the surface contacting with air is very large, it will be easy to fade. If the material is smooth and hard, it is not easy to fade under normal circumstances, but it will also fade if exposed to the sun.
The best way to keep the image quality of UV printing patterns durable is to use appropriate inks and do a good job of post protection after printing. However, it will fade under the irradiation of ultraviolet light and ordinary incandescent lamp. Therefore, if you want to keep the pattern printed by the flat panel UV printer from fading for a long time, you should do the following:
1. Use good sealing ink, which is the basic condition to ensure that the pattern will not fade for a long time. Don’t choose the ink with a long shelf life, because its particles are large, and its interior is not easy to be oxidized, which will damage the printing effect of the universal printer.
2. Place the printed pattern in a cool place without strong light to ensure that the pattern is not exposed to strong light. If it is used outdoors, it can also ensure that it will not fade for a long time, but it cannot be guaranteed that it will not fade forever. After all, it will be hit by wind and rain outdoors.
