1. The printed picture has horizontal stripes
a. Cause of failure: The nozzle is in poor condition. Solution: The nozzle is blocked or obliquely sprayed, and the nozzle can be cleaned;
b. Cause of failure: The step value is not adjusted. Solution: In the printing software settings, the machine is set to open the maintenance flag to correct the step.
2. Large color deviation
a. Cause of failure: The picture format is wrong. Solution: set the picture mode to CMYK mode and change the picture to TIFF;
b. Cause of failure: The nozzle is blocked. Solution: print a test strip, and clean the nozzle if it is blocked;
c. Cause of failure: wrong software settings. Solution: reset the software parameters according to the standard.
3. The edges of the picture are blurred and ink is flying
a. Cause of failure: The picture pixel is low. Solution: Picture DPI300 or above, especially for printing 4PT small fonts, you need to increase the DPI to 1200;
b. Cause of failure: The distance between the nozzle and the printed matter is too far. Solution: Make the printed matter close to the print head and keep a distance of about 2 mm;
c. Cause of failure: There is static electricity in the material or machine. Solution: Connect the machine shell to the ground wire, and wipe the surface of the material with alcohol to eliminate the static electricity of the material. Use an electrostatic processor to eliminate surface static.
4. Printed pictures are scattered with tiny ink dots
a. Cause of failure: ink precipitation or ink breakage. Solution: Check the status of the print head, whether the ink fluency has deteriorated, and check whether the ink path is leaking;
b. Cause of failure: The material or machine has static electricity. Solution: ground wire of the machine shell, wipe alcohol on the surface of the material to eliminate static electricity.
5. There is ghosting in the horizontal direction of printing
a. Cause of failure: The grating strip is dirty. Solution: clean the grating strip;
b. Cause of failure: The grating device is damaged. Solution: replace the new grating device;
c. Cause of failure: poor contact or failure of the square-headed optical fiber cable. Solution: Replace the square fiber cable.
6. Printing ink drops or ink breaks
Ink dripping: Ink drips from a nozzle during printing.
Solution: a. Check whether the negative pressure is too low; b. Check whether there is air leakage in the ink circuit.
Ink Outage: A certain color is often out of ink during printing.
Solution: a. Check whether the negative pressure is too high; b. Check whether the ink path is leaking; c. Whether the print head has not been cleaned for a long time, if so, clean the print head.
