Why does UV ink fall off and crack after printing?

Many users will encounter such a phenomenon in the process of processing and production, that is, they use the same ink or the same batch of ink. In fact, this problem is relatively common. After a long period of summary and analysis, it may be caused by the following reasons.
1. Changes in material properties
The same ink is often used for the same material, but there are so many materials on the market that the naked eye can’t tell what the specific composition of the material is, so some suppliers charge it with inferior quality. Just like a piece of acrylic, due to the difficulty and high cost of acrylic production, there are many low-quality and cheap substitutes on the market. These substitutes, also known as “acrylic”, are actually ordinary organic boards or composite boards (also known as sandwich boards). When users purchase such materials, the printing effect is naturally greatly reduced, and there is a high probability that the ink will fall off.
2. Changes in climatic factors
Temperature and moderate changes are also one of the characteristics of impression ink performance. Generally, there are two situations. The printing effect is very good in summer, but it will crack in winter, especially in the north, where the temperature difference is extremely large. This situation is also relatively common. There is also a situation where the user’s materials are stacked outdoors for a long time, and they are directly brought in and processed during production. Such materials are prone to cracking after they are finished. The correct method should be to leave it at indoor temperature for a period of time. time to restore it to optimal printing condition before processing.

3. hardware equipment changes
Some users’ UV lamps fail. Due to the high price of factory maintenance, they find private repairs. Although it is cheap, after repairing, it is found that the printing curing is not as good as before. This is because the power of each UV lamp is different. , The curing degree of the ink is also different. If the lamp and the ink do not match, it is easy to cause the ink to dry and stick.
